If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do everything possible to be of assistance.

Unless an item is damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders, digital downloads or items on sale.

In certain circumstances, items may be returned within: 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes:

Customs & import taxes may apply to higher priced products for sales made outside of the EU. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Postage rates are calculated by weight. We ship with the Irelands national post company An Post so as to keep costs to a minimum. Below is a breakdown of shipping costs.

Maximum shipping costs that can be incurred within Ireland are €10.50.

Up to 4 Individual Greeting Cards: €1.50 postage

5+ Individual Greeting Cards: €4.00 postage

Up to 2 Wooden Postcards: €1.50 postage

3+ Wooden Postcards: €4.00 postage

Up to 2 5Pack Greeting Cards: €4.00 postage

3+ 5Pack Greeting Cards: €5.10 postage

Up to 2 A4 Prints: €4.00 postage

Up to 2 A3 Prints: €4.00 postage

Up to 2 Large Print 50x70cm: €5.10 postage

Framed Prints: €10.50 postage (maximum postage cost)
