Select up to 9 days of rental of the postbox. If additional days are required, please get in touch.

Refund of security deposit will be activated within 2 days of return of the post box and provided that it is returned on the date agreed, with the original key and in the same condition as it was provided.

Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our wedding postboxes are booked well in advance and feature custom, bespoke designs, we block out dates exclusively for your special day. This means we turn away other potential bookings for those dates.

If you need to cancel your booking, our policy regarding your Rental Cost and Security Deposit is outlined below:

1. Definition of Terms

• Rental Cost: The fee paid to hire the postbox and secure the dates on our calendar.

• Security Deposit: The separate deposit held for damages/loss, which is always fully refundable in the event of a cancellation.

2. Cancellation Timeline & Fees

Your refund amount depends on how much notice is given before your scheduled rental start date:

• 14 or more days notice: If you cancel with 14 or more days' notice, we will withhold 40% of the postbox rental cost to cover the blocked calendar dates and any custom design preparation. The remaining 60% of the rental cost and your full security deposit will be refunded to you.

• Less than 14 days notice: If you cancel with less than 14 days' notice, the entire cost (100%) of the postbox rental is non-refundable, as it is highly unlikely we will be able to re-book those dates at such short notice. However, your full security deposit will be refunded to you.

4. How to Cancel

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@hapennydesign.com The notice period will be calculated from the date and time the email is received.
